Our Full-Service Process

01. DISCOVERY CALLL

Every project starts with a FREE 15 minute initial phone call to get a sense of what you are looking for in your project and decide which of our services is the best fit
02. IN-HOME CONSULTATION

*This step is required at the beginning of every project*
We will schedule a day to meet with you for an in-person design consultation to assess the project further. We will talk all things budget, design dilemmas, interior design aesthetic, and your wants and needs. D&B Interiors will offer suggestions, tips, and ideas to move forward with whether that be with us, someone else, or your contractor.
03. ONBOARDING & PROJECT KICKOFF

Following our visit, we’ll now know which service model is best fit for your project.
If your project is a fit, we will send over our customized design proposal and contract within a 2-3 days. The signed contract & design service fee payment signals the start of the project.
04. PROJECT KICKOFF MEETING

After onboarding process is complete, we will schedule a brainstorming meeting to further get to know you, your style, and all your desires! We will also take detailed measurements + photos of your space(s) so that we can begin planning your project.
05. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & PRESENTATION

This is the step where the magic begins to unfold! We develop tailored design concepts, floor plans, and comprehensive product lists to help you visualize and feel completely confident in our vision. We will present our designs to you, along with material samples, so you can experience the finishes firsthand. Your role is simply to "approve or decline" the product selections!
06. EDIT & REFINE

Two rounds of revisions are included to meet your wants and needs.
07. PRODUCT ORDERING

Once the design is finalized and all choices are approved, we handle placing orders for all furniture and fixtures, track deliveries, and resolve deficiencies. We know purchasing from wholesale vendors is a time consuming process so no need to stress—we'll take care of the complicated logistics!
08. CONSTRUCTION BEGINS (if it applies)

If applicable to your project, construction will begin and we will collaborate closely with the contractor to ensure every detail is meticulously addressed.
09. INSTALLATION DAY

We oversee and coordinate deliveries of furniture and fixtures for white glove delivery. Once all your items have shipped and been delivered to your home and/or receiving warehouse, an installation day will be scheduled with our installers where we deliver + layout all furniture, hang artwork, and style accessories.
10. PHOTOSHOOT DAY & ENJOY!

Following installation day, we will schedule a day to come and photograph the completed space(s). Enjoy your newly designed home!
