Our Design-Only interior design service allows homeowners to transform an entire room without requiring any assistance with procurement. Dwell & Bloom Interiors handles the entire design process: floor plan, 2D concepts, and item selections for furniture, fixtures, and finishes.

We send the design over to you with all the product shopping links to bring your design to life. We craft the design; you bring it to life at your own convenience!

This service can be implemented in-person or virtually.

Starting per-room investment for materials, furnishings, and decor. Does not include labor or design fees.

- You don’t live in Harford County, MD or its surrounding areas and are looking to work with a designer virtually.
- You dream about having a beautiful and functional space of your own but have no idea where to start.
- You are perfectly fine with purchasing and managing your product orders on your own.
- You are not ready to invest in trade only furnishings and would prefer to go with retail.

Our Online Only Service Process

01. DISCOVERY CALLL

Every project starts with a FREE 15 minute initial phone call to get a sense of what you are looking for in your project and decide which of our services is the best fit
02. IN-HOME CONSULTATION

*This step is required at the beginning of every project*
During our virtual meeting (in-person for projects within 30 miles of Harford County, MD), we will talk all things budget, design dilemmas, interior design aesthetic, and your wants and needs. D&B Interiors will offer suggestions, tips, and ideas to move forward with whether that be with us or someone else.
03. ONBOARDING & PROJECT KICKOFF

Following our visit, we’ll now know which service model is best fit for your project.
If your project is a fit, we will send over our customized design proposal and contract within a 2-3 days. The signed contract & design service fee payment signals the start of the project.
Client sends us room measurements and photo details of the room.
04. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & PRESENTATION

This is the step where the magic begins to unfold! We develop tailored design concepts, floor plans, and comprehensive product shopping list to help you visualize and feel completely confident in our vision. We will present via email our designs to you. Your role is simply to "approve or decline" the product selections!
05. EDIT & REFINE

Two rounds of revisions are included to meet your wants and needs.
06. IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Once the design is finalized and all choices are approved, we officially turn the project over to you. Products are to be purchased and room to be set up by client.
