We just returned from an exhilarating three days at the High Point Market, and we are brimming with inspiration and excitement! High Point Market is renowned as the largest home furnishings industry trade show in the world, and this year's event did not disappoint. Here's a glimpse into our amazing journey filled with creativity, learning, and connection.
Meeting Vendor Reps
One of the highlights of our trip was the opportunity to meet with our vendor representatives. It's always a pleasure to connect face-to-face with the talented individuals who help bring our design visions to life. These meetings allowed us to discuss new trends, upcoming collections, and innovative materials. We came away with fresh ideas to incorporate into our projects and strengthen our partnerships with these fantastic vendors.

Exploring Showrooms
The showrooms at High Point Market are nothing short of spectacular. Each space was a testament to creativity and craftsmanship, showcasing a wide range of styles from traditional to ultra-modern. We were particularly impressed by the clever use of textures and colors that we encountered. Strolling through these beautifully curated spaces provided endless inspiration and sparked new design concepts that we can't wait to bring to our clients.
One of the highlights of our trip was getting to meet Chris and Julia Marcum from Chris Loves Julia | Love Where You Live - Chris Loves Julia. They have been an inspiration to us, so it was such an honor to meet them in person! We fell in love with their new Loloi collection of rugs and pillows, and can’t wait to introduce them to our clients!

Engaging Panel Discussions
We attended a panel discussion that were both informative and thought-provoking. Industry leaders shared their insights and experiences on running their businesses. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best in the business and gain valuable knowledge that will enhance our design practice.
Networking with Fellow Designers
High Point Market was also a perfect venue for networking. We met so many talented interior designers, each with unique perspectives and experiences. Sharing stories and ideas with our peers was incredibly enriching and reminded us of the vibrant community that we are a part of. These connections are invaluable, and we look forward to collaborating with some of these amazing designers in the future.

Overall, our time at High Point Market was a treasure trove of learning. We returned back to Maryland with a renewed sense of purpose and an abundance of ideas. The event was not only about discovering new products but also about understanding the evolving landscape of interior design.
